Return Period
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this period for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Ship the item back to our address (return shipping may apply)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to exchange your item. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.
